-sold for TF logo private eye + 2 buds + 0.1 in sweets (~3.3)

Again, as in your other suggestion I'm concerned about how quickly these sales are going.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15097605 - has offers higher than the suggested range including PE hotdogger + 1, ghosts batter + smoking beret, misty jeepcap, etc (there is also a rejected 3.3 pure). I would be less concerned if this was close (i.e. 1 or 2 offers at maybe 3.3-3.4), but there are a ton of offers higher than the suggested range and two of the sales you provide happened in one day. For the trade I gave with all those offers, the seller seems to be willing to sell for 3.5 pure, so the offers shouldn't be valued above that (overpay by definition). At the very least, I think this should be 3-3.5.

collected the offers from that trade

TF Logo Kabuto + Planets Medic Ushanka 3.2)

      hearts beret + 9 keys + 20 ref (3.2)

heart capotain + eerie blokes (3.2)

      3.3 buds

ghosts batter + smoking beret (3.9)

Stormy Noble + Orb Fire juju (3.8)

      burning flames gomzila (3.9)

also is the quickly sales matters when its higher than the original price ?

It does. If an unusual (especially one >1-2 buds) is on the market for 1-2 days, it is hardly enough time to get offers. Unusuals take time to sell. The example I've shown you here illustrates that. Within 1-2 days the hat easily gets offers of 3-3.2. But with a good week-month of selling it can get its maximum value offers ~3.8-3.9. It's fair to set the low end based on the low sales, but the high end should typically be based on ones that have been on the market for enough time to ascertain full value.
