Where the heck does 23 come from when there is a 24 key sale? Anyways, the 24 Key sale looks like an outlier.
I kinda made the high end between 21 and 24
And that sale is 2 months old.
I know, but the price got updated 3 moths ago...
priced way to much goes down 16-17 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16207674 - b/o 16
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15992686 - b/o 18
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16218825 - b/o 15
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15565151 - took him a while to sell for 14
And the aces high sack was not 1:1 - http://backpack.tf/id/76561198081248047?time=1381388400 - can't tell exactly how much was added as part of the trade, but at the very least the birdman was added and it's possible as many as 4-5 keys were added in sweets.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15120913 - and this guy had a b/o of 20, should not be valued higher than that.
The 24 seems like an outlier. Range of 15-20 might be reasonable.
