On the same day, he bought a Steaming Larrikin for around 12-13 keys, which means he needed around 19 keys to end up with what he has. Before the Baker trade, he had 11 keys, and then he had 6. So he would've needed another 7-8 keys for this to make sense :3

Conclusion
