Selling for two weeks with a B/O of about 3.3 Pure; claims to have an offer of 3 Pure.

Attempting to "quicksell" for 3 Pure; no success for months.

This link is to show the third Electrostatic Dapper's on Outpost, and is no longer with this seller. However, I have seen this particular one sold for a Misty Billycock and a Big Kill; which is about 4 Mixed.

This thing is a bit hard to value, but it definitely isn't worth what it once was a while ago. I personally rejected a "quicksell" offer of the Dapper from Link 3 for 3 Buds; that Dapper's was apparently offered for a Dead Presidents Headwarmer (3.3 on Backpack.tf)
And finally, the range. 3.3 represents the sellers from Links 1 and 2, and the high of 4 represents what the Dapper's in link 3 sold for.
If the range is bad, I'll resubmit it.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15879063 the hat of this gentleman was on the community market for about 60 EUR or USD, can't recall. But there were actually 2 hats at same price. I don't have any proof, but they were up for sale for 1 week at least...

This is a situation where you are raising the hat from its previous value at 3-4. You will need at least one sale here. I suspect your high end is too high.

Checked the one sale you provided and it seems like it was traded for a TW private eye and not a misty billycock. You will need a sale to justify your high end to raise the price. Your range is currently too high.
