Unfortunately no other sales are still floating around the Internet.
My expectations for this suggestion are low, anyway, considering I only have one sale and an offer :P
Pretty sure you should wait for another sale to roll around before suggesting a price for this.
Still, it's worth a shot for now :P

I don't think he sold it, but it isn't in his bp, so I have no idea
Check his trades, his next trade is an Engineer's Cap with a history saying it was owned by the guy who bought it.

GE Cap original price is 1.5 - 2, ~1.6 after overpay
Steaming Beak original price is 2.1 - 2.3, ~1.9 after overpay

Offer is slightly higher than suggested range, and you need another sale. Since this hat has only been sold once, I'm afraid I can't accept this suggestion, sorry.
