To me 3.1 seems like the outlier not the sale at 4. And I think the range set 7 days ago is better than this one. But I'll leave this up to gather other comments, and another mod will make the decision here.

Maybe a range of 3.6-4? If you think that'd be better, I could resuggest at that range, or if you don't think this is a relevant change at all I'll just leave it alone.

EDIT: Wow I'm smart... That's the current range. I don't feel like a .1 drop is really worth it, so I won't bother resuggesting if this is closed, it'll be irrelevant.

Agreed with polar bear. The last suggestion included further offers at 3.5 and above, so 3.1 definitely looks like an outlier. Further, the last accepted suggestion- only 10 days ago- was more thorough and this suggestion hasn't refuted what it had presented.
