offers so far after 2 days of this trade being open:
1. 75, "How much are you looking for?" "75" "I can actually probably do that, can you add me to chat?"
2. ghosts executioner (30-35) + beams kabuto (15) + 20 pure for hazmat = 65-70, rejected
2. 60 pure for the set of scorch hazmat and harvest wraith (26.5) = 33.5 pure evaluation for hazmat, rejected
4. scorching viewfinder + demonflame tsarboosh + searing noble
recent sales include an undisclosed amount of cash, Satan selling his to EFF, EFF then sold his to Kyrannn for again an undisclosed amount.
The second of these is owned by 76561197970667972 (pyro protect me), and he got his 10 months ago. The third is owned by 76561198051902881 (Kwerty) which he bought about 2 months ago for 25 pure and a gifted burning texas gallon (6-7?) i believe. (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14139801) The dupe of Kyrannnn's hazmat belongs to 76561198026744290 (OWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW) .
all 3 other owners of the hazmat other than kyrannnn will NOT be selling theirs for a long time.
We all know that this needs a raise. The old price desperately needs to be changed. If the admins here would like me to wait on the suggestion until more offers come on or Kyrannnn's is sold, i can, but i believe it isn't necessary.

The duped one got 3x times better offers than the one that Kwerty bought...WTF

like i said, i can wait for kyrannnn's to be sold if it is necessary, but honestly, if you think the old price is better than this one, you haven't looked hard enough. depending on the feedback from this, i'll see if i need to wait a couple more months for this to be sold.
The problem I see is that the only sale you listed happened to be below the current price...
I recommand waiting for it to be sold and then resuggest. But otherwise it looks promising.
It's obvious it needs a raise, but with the proof and offers you have thus far your price range doesn't really make sense. I think it would be best to wait.

Where does 78 come from?
the fact that a duped one recieved a 75 offer in 2 days.
It's being slightly conservative to only value a clean hat 3% higher than a duped hat, did you want the high end higher?
Not really an offer if the guy can't come up with it and make a sale out of it. He is hoping to trade 4 hats and then he shifted to collecting.
How are you getting from that he made a collecting offer to that he can't come up with it?
He only changed his offer to a collecting offer because Kyrannnn much prefers pure.
Seems rather accurate. I know for certain PyroProtectMe is not selling his, and I doubt Kwerty will part with his either anytime soon. The only one that was for sale (and sold) was the one EFF had. He ended up selling it as a large part (think valuation at 60+ for sure) for a trade involving kyrann's noh.

wow thats crazy how the value with this and the noh like doubles in price suggestions....hopefully it gets accepted although there are no sales. even if it doesnt it makes a good point on how it should be more
Yeah rarities like the noh, the coffin, and the hazmat all depend on the buyer. When the rare ones get hoarded and the owners don't want to let them go, it just drives the price up further. I know for sure there has been a sale within the past month between EFF and Kyrann. I also know what it went for, but I'm not at liberty to say. If they want to give more details, I'm sure they'll come out and say so
While a bump is definitely called for, I feel like you should wait a bit for more offers to come in.
Hmm so 1 guy offers double the price from the last sale 2 months ago. I'm not sure here, he hasn't even 1 single bud in his backpack (just unusuals). I would rather wait for a sale or for more offers that high from different people before updating it.
Oh and the last time I have seen such estimations about clean and not, that was the (gifted) burning noh, when jewlander bought it for 95 pure, and no higher sale was seen since then, not even for the clean one. So I don't like such assumptions at all.
But I will not decide here alone.
You're partially wrong bang, I didn't pay 25 pures and the burning ten gallon. If you look at the gallon's history, it didn't end up with Akkla. That being said, I actually made a half-pures-half-cash offer which is higher than 25 pures and the gallon. I don't wish to disclose that amount though, so I hope you respect my decision :] In the past few months of having the hazmat, I've received numerous private offers ranging from 50(Beams TC) - 70(Quite a few times). Hope this helps! Oh, and my hazmat will never be for sale

Range is based largly on a single offer and given an arbitrary boost on the assumption that 'clean would sell more'. Just not enough to work with here.
More time is needed to get more offers that can validate a boost in price. Further, one cannot make an assumption on how a clean one would handle- if a duped hazmat is the only one we have to work with on a raise, we will have to price on that dupe.
Thank you for bringing the trade to attention, it warrants a close watch. But until more offers come along, this one will need to wait a little longer.
