Ballcap offer is in the range, 30 key offer is 3 weeks old, you even bought it for 1.4, which is in the range as well, it's went down because it's a meh hat with a bad effect and low demand >.>
Just because you waited a week between attempts at price manipulation doesn't mean you can't get banned for it
