Conclusion:

Moderate update since there are currently 2 buyouts of 6 buds on the market. A recent offer of ~6 buds in cash, and two moderately old sales at 6 buds. Though with buyouts as they are, I am not going to price over 6 buds, and instead price to the low-end (for range purposes) as 5.7 buds (value of my offer)
