Now if you're going to say bots are invalid due to some of my buyer trades and downvoting because of it, STOP RIGHT THERE and read. This is my indication if bots are valid or not.

Valid - If bots are selling below current price or buying above current price (which is the case here), it is more than valid. Logically, why would you buy from humans that may be offline and slow and not even above market price when you have a 24-hour service bot doing trades as fast as possible buying above market price?

Invalid - If bots are selling above current price or buying below current price, I believe it is invalid because people will buy for the sake of convenience of not having to deal with humans. It should also be clear that other people are having trouble selling at the bots price.

There was a suggestion for attempting to lower the Kringle Collection to 1-1.2 but got closed because the abundance of 1 key buyers. With many competition for buyers for 1 key, it is more than obvious that 1 key was a quicksell.

There were many 3 ref buyers. Quoting cleverpun (who accepted the suggestion) "So much buyer competition at 3, easy to see its a quicksell" thus that's why it raised.

Solution: Don't vote at all. Mods try to use the community vote as reliably as possible. If you vote biasedly or blindly, it makes their job a lot harder. Please please don't vote biasedly, which is why key suggestions takes so much to moderate and more work for the mods. I honestly don't know what to think of this. If you agree with this, people rage at you, if you disagree with this, people rage at you. Good thing we have neutral :)

Stating that you're an indecisive bystander is just as bad. Its like voicing your opinion, but not actually having one. If you don't choose a side and stand to support it, then you allow others to make up your mind. Some people fail to realize this and would rather turn their backs while cursing this site under their breath when they failed to take the time to pick a side and prove their argument here in the comments section.

While I personally agree that 6.33 refined is most likely a more average price, I do not condone the lack of formality and almost joking attitude that these suggestors of key suggestions have been putting in their opening lines to be viewed on the main page. The idea that they feel its their duty to jump on updating keys as if it is necessary to do so right after the one week suggestion cool-down is over is moderately annoying, and I believe only fuels people's straw man's arguments of a profit hungry backpack.tf base. I'd personally like a higher level of formality and professionalism throughout the opening part of currency suggestions because while like jokes and quips may be amusing to the suggestor and a few select others; I believe a lot of other people would appreciate them removed, at least from the beginning, when dealing with highly influential price suggestions such as currencies.

If the proof is there, what difference does it make. It would be one thing if someone made a joke of it and provided 10 proof, but c'mon, this is the internet man. The dude dropped over 50 links all from within the last 10 hours. He's doing a service, if he wants to joke around whatever. After all, we base our votes on the proof, right? So what does it really matter? Let people have their fun.

I don't want to push it again. I'm not denying that 6.44 happens, but 6.33 happens to sell more frequently than the others and tf2finance doesn't support 6.44 yet. Even then, it would cause more moderation.

And don't forget about the "I'M GONNA DOWNVOTE THIS BECAUSE HAVE A GREEN ARROW" well later gonna add some proof as i said.

Maybe one thing to add into the bot validity argument section is whether bots are over/understocked other than that fantastic suggestion.

6.22 is still possible on some occasions, but very rare to see on classifieds and usually people who want to get rid of keys quickly sell for 6.22 on Trade servers, so 6.33 seems like a good flat price. Also, I've seen people say that 6.44 sells too, 6.33 is the most common, and right now we're just removing 6.22 from range. if yo think 6.33-6.44 is a better range, counter-suggest, or you can suggest 3 days after this is accepted.

These suggestions are not helping people (especially new/poor players) and economy. You should have left at constant 6 ref, backpack.tf people. Everybody is selling for 6.55 ref, two days ago was 6.44 ref and it's keep getting more and more. Annoying really.

All of my keys i sold sold for 6.33. Not a single buyer complained to me about it. With the evidence shown, plus the keys sold for 6.44, i see no reason not to raise the price again.

Although I do have to say that buying for 6.33 has been hard over the past few days, the cheapest I could get a key for was 6.44, and even then it was only one. I guess I'll just have to be more patient and wait until someone lists theirs for that amount.

I ended up buying them for 6.44 yesterday, I bought about 20ish. I thought of camping but the amount of bots paying 6.33-6.44 was huge, so I gave up.

Anyway, you seem to have gotten very lucky for getting them for 6.22, and since you re-sell for 6.33, that kinda devalues your counter-proof.

Now since when has buying something been the valid proof for a low end? You see tons of people managing to buy craft hats at 1-1.22, but can't ever use it to make a low end. Keys seem to have this special rule that if you can buy for that price, then it should be in range, and it seems like a rule that shouldn't be there.

You should have said "If you're going to VOTE due to bias", not just downvote to save your skin.

My bots and I are having a lot of trouble buying keys for 6.33. Servers are full of people that are selling for 6.44, 6.55. Any bot that's buying for 6.33 and selling for 6.44 is starving. 6.44 sells almost instantly on my bots.

That being said, I still like the stable range.

Having trouble buying keys for 6.33 may not mean the price is too low, but there are so many bloody buyers no one will ever find the trade, which is the fact in most cases

And btw, there are some buying for 6.44, that's probably why you are sold out ;)

I hate to admit it, but this suggestion is not valid anymore. 6.33 is definitely a quicksell. Tf2finance 1 day average has exceeded 6.44.

It is very hard to find sellers at 6.33, even in servers. There are way too many buyers at 6.33. I have even seen multiple buyers at 6.44, including bots. My bots starve at 6.33. I will soon make my bots buy for 6.44 as well. My keys sell fairly easily for 6.55.

Downvote, we need a more suitable range. Or let it stay like this. Or change it to whatever. Or let it settle over a long term. Meh.

In my opinion the key price won't stop rising until it reaches 8 ref at least but not sure though it can even go up more. So, yeah. This is slowly fading away and the new trend seems to be 6.44 - 6.55 ref

Honestly 6,33-6,44 would be much more accurate. For example,I'm buying for 6,44,trade autobumped and just got like 10-15 keys in 3 days. Some bots are already selling at 6,55. Scrap.tf was selling @ 6,44 and still went out of keys :\
