Conclusion

3 ref definitely sells easily, while there are no trades for anything from 3-4.33. 4.33 and upwards definitely does not sell, whereas anything under 2 ref is a quicksell. 2 ref should go pretty fast, but coincidentally most if not all solds at 2 ref do not have any time signatures of when they were roughly sold. Hence 2-3 is the most plausible range.

Note: There's this guy who's on a lot of 3 ref trades posting added. While he has none in his bp yet (ie. he hasn't bought any), the fact that he's offering 3 ref indicates how far he's going.

Second Note: Went through my proof again, 3.33 seller on classifieds hasn't been online for 3 days, hence can't determine if the price is too high to be unsold or he has not been able to respond to adds. Due to more evidence suggesting 3 ref is a good price, I will discount the 3.33 listing.
