Just adding my Sale:

I really need your opinions on this one, but I think the only pure sell for ages should be inclued in the range.

1.Sale:

=3.8 (Necro Teds low end)- 5 buds

I valued the 2.7 as and outlier since the other sales are 4-5 ish.

Edit: Dont think I need to include the last sales since iam only changing the high end, will edit that though.

Are there any offers >3.8 buds anywhere to proove that 5 buds is not an outlier?

Okay, so the sales are at <3, 3, 3.8, 3.8, 3.9, ~4, 5, 5.5. That seems like 4 sales in the 3.8-4 range with two sales off by a buds on either end. Given the one on the market at 4 and another previous b/o at 4, I just can't see how we can justify including 5 in the range but not 3. Going with the tighter range that defines most of the sales.
