Sorry guys for the stupid mistake I made just now. Anyways, this is the new suggestion! :)
1) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16177873 - 35 keys B/O and unsold for 6 days (offerred a peace sign festive tree worth 2.1 to 2.5 buds)
2) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16168559 - 3 buds/58 keys B/O and unsold for 6 days
3) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15873167 - 3 buds B/O and unsold for 2 weeks. Lowest offer should be a smoking gatsby (16 to 18 keys) + 10 keys = 28 keys at most. Less than 2 buds.
4) I sold mine to Bon134 for 35 keys, which happened to be what I bought for coz I was so worried about link in 1) and how I was unable to sell despite giving such a huge discount.
So, please help by upvoting. Thank you to all for your kind attention! <3
Range is really wide here and not inclusive of all the trades mentioned here - http://backpack.tf/vote/id/52905b214cd7b8a07e8b4568
I would call the high and low sales outliers and tighten up the range as previously described
If it has 3 bud buyouts and no one is taking them, why is it in the range?
oh yeah. Ummm, sorry I am new, but is there a way to change the price?
Nope, gotta close the suggestion.
Actually, I remember the reason why I included 3 buds as the max range. Coz there are still some traders asking for 3 buds pure for their B/O. Also, their trade is not so old yet (I think :P), therefore, 3 buds is really the high end of the price range.
There isn't any sale at 3 buds... You can't just set the high price as someone's BO, because that buyout may never be met. We price mostly based on sales.

Alrighty.
Sale 1: Can't tell who did the offering. In these situations, we assume overpay should be applied. Original price on stove pipe was 3.2-4. At 0.9 * mid (3.6), that sale is ~3.3.
Sale 2: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15510703 - MN raincatcher + TOD ticket offered for searing PE + huntsman - no overpay since offered; based on item and bud values at the time, that sale would be ~2.6
Sale 3: Sale was actually MN + 5 keys (not EOF + 5 keys); it was offered, so no overpay, but EOF PE has never had a suggestion
Sale 4: C9 bicorne has no price either
Sale 5: Misty Handle would be 2.7 after overpay; the guy himself was selling for under 3 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14671403 - definitely shouldn't be valued at 3.4.
Sale 6: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14129342 - if sweets were added, minor sweets were added - http://backpack.tf/id/76561198023482712?time=1378623600 - that would ~2.2 after overpay
Sale 7: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13693441 - ghosts company man was set at 6.3. No overpay since offered. That sale would come out to ~2. Probably an outlier.
Some more relevant bits here:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15873167 - b/o 3
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15904526 - b/o 3
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15756196 - b/o 3
So the sales we have are at 2, 2.2, 2.6, 2.7, 3.3. I would argue that given all the b/o's at 3, 3.3 would be too high and as much of an outlier as the sale at 2. A range of 2.2-2.7 would seem most reasonable.
For reference, please have a look here at some relevant rules before your next suggestion: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/4350-new-rule-use-original-suggested-values-of-unusuals/

With those extra proof, your high end is a bit high and low end is arguable a bit too low. Please resuggest and try again.
