Only when pricing new (or unpriced) unusuals do you need two sales.

One sale is perfectly fine assuming its an old hat and effect and has only one recent while.

A scorching tyrant is a more wanted hat then a burning lucky shot. Some how this is incredibly wrong or the burning luckyshot was overpriced to begin with.
