Without any unsolds, I'll have to remain neutral for now.

Edit: that's better ;). Also you can only use unmodified items in a proof (e.g. can't use items painted, re-named, etc)

no, you you can only use unmodified items when you're showing unsolds for a higher price, modified as you say are usually worth more, and since some1 is selling even for less that just only proves his new price

Modified still doesn't count. Paint makes the item more appealing to only those who want it with that paint so therefor a smaller market and longer time to sale at high price.
