There is obvious bias here, and frankly its obvious he is raising the price for his own gain. Everyone can try and sugarcoat it, but in reality, this is blatant price manipulation.

If your proof is good enough, most people would forgo the bias against your bias and upvote, if it was good enough. People value both proof and the amount of items you have. No one ignores proof outright. But, if you use alts to mask the fact that you have 130+ of an item you're trying to raise, that's price manipulation.

The fact that he owns multiples of this item does not invalidate the incontrovertible proof provided. As a matter of fact, a trader that often deals with a suggested item is usually a more reliable source for a given item as he will be more adept at noticing market trends.

All of that is true. Having an item you're trying to raise never, ever, ever invalidates irrefutable proof.

However,you must always consider:

a) the amount someone has of an item, (132 for example) and how much they're trying to change it by

b) in this case, the history of the price changer, and their past suggestions.

c) how much the suggester may or may not benefit if the change is accepted

d) the fucking proof. Never forgo the proof for someone having an item they're trying to raise.

I'm one of the group that is remaining neutral, because even though the change may be/is warranted (i.e, proof enough to raise the price), the history of the suggester is wrought with controversy.

Except he brought all of them recently, for .66, and is still buying them, for .66.

1. I'm not jealous. If I was jealous, I would envy him, and want what he may/may not get. I don't want to artificially increase my bp value.

2. The amount of buds someone's backpack is worth doesn't change the fact that they're going to profit from the change. Don't believe for one second that he's not going to turn these around for a profit. Promise=/=guarantee.

Sir, you need to calm down. This is normal. When a person breaks a law/rule almost everyone is going to question that person whether that person learned his/her lesson or not.

I myself voted on suggestions like this with no problem, I don't care whether the person owns 5000 or 0 or never owned that item. If the proofs are valid enough, it is good enough for me. This suggestion is raising questions only because of the user's very recent past which is absolutely normal in human nature.
