I only listed one trade's 2-3 months-worth of notable offers (which is quite a lot) and it clearly shows that anything above 11 shouldn't be in the range. As indicated by sales, 9 isn't a quicksell and offers mainly range from 9-11 which is my range. Keep in mind this is an increase from the originally suggested price. Unusual overpay and original prices used.
