Since the Cosa was offered on, there should be no overpay (just use mid-range)

Range should be 4-4.4

Well I first suggested as 4-4.4 but then "Offline" told me it should have overpay so I don't know what to do now...

Offline apparently didn't Cosa was offered on, and needs no overpay. If you don't believe me, feel free to ask a mod ^^
