Man , we can't base in logic or % for pricing an unusual , you need to show that the people wants that price or is buying for . There are unusuals Nuts and Bolts that are priced at 2 buds .
1.) yea nnb unusuals have 2 buds if is themed engi or all class or misc.
2.) i know no any selling for 1,7 and this is problem because guys selling for 2 buds and no have any guy who buy it i see trades and guys got this trades about 1 months and any of this not have any offers on it i got too this unusual and got only offers for about 1,5 buds or cancer unusuals. this is reason why i make this suggestion and suggest this price

I agree the current range is too high. But you need sales to define your range.
