- (Private discussion, traded his + a DP Ballcap for a Blizzardy Hetman's + Blizzardy Kabuto + Stormy Snaggle + Time Warp Snaggle. This is about ~7.5 buds after overpay. The Ballcap's value is quite enigmatic, therefore I'll say it's about 4.5, making the final value of the Snaggle in this trade to be about ~3 buds. Falls within the range I'm setting)

iunno. Seems like the 2.1 bud in unusual sale is an outlier tbh. Maybe even a quick-sell.

To answer your first question: No, the 2.1 sale isn't an outlier. It took me a few days to decide upon whether or not I should take the Snaggle, and he seemed more than willing to get it off his hands for my Tyrant's. I wouldn't consider an unusual vs. unusual trade to use the terminology of "quicksale".
Secondly, fixed the Topi price.
So that's one sale at 2*, an offer at 3, a sale at around 3 (not priced) and a sale at 3.4. The 3.4 sale also happened 3 weeks after you bought it for a 2* bud unusual, as it shows here: http://backpack.tf/stats/99/5/33 -- not 2.1. 2 buds still seems like an Outlier imho.
If someone offered me (not the other way around), and was completely committed to make a deal, I still wouldn't say that should be considered an outlier. To each their own opinion, I suppose.

Since original prices used would be great
