1st link - Offered on a DBD Cannonball along with a DBD Bubble. Cannon original price = 16.75. Bubble is 10 after overpay. So, 16.75 = 10 + (Attendant * 0.9) => Attendant = 7.4 (Thanks to Fyren6)

2nd link - Sold for 7.5 in items. 7.5 * 0.9 = 6.75. Buds were the same price back when this sale happened as they are now, so the changing price of buds does not have to be considered.

All other sales I found used unpriced hats. I will try and update those too as soon as I get more time.

2nd link was a sale to me. Since you should use actual prices, I sold it for a Blizz hazmat, s.f. Flamethrower and lvl 0 v. Backburner.

Edit: and I bought it for...... Yeah.

The first thing you said is under the range, and the edit doesn't make sense.

Basically, if to want to use what I bought it for even though I paid with things with set prices, you'd skew the entire sugguestion.
