I fail to see how is is 10.5. The gifted purple energy fedora is priced at 5.5-6.3 (I still own it). The phantom is valued at 7.1 according to this site. He also didn't buy the purple energy fedora with a hearts one, according to him he paid 7 pure. He also added a wrapped juju to his set.

Your sale is hardly defined and shouldn't be used and there are two more recent sales to use to price this

Other one was a trade involving the c9 bomber which seems like it would be ~19 putting that sale as an outlier.
Maybe 10 would be better in the absence of further proof showing the value of the gifted fed
