Yeah but this hat is pretty much rare in existence and plus if anyone will to want to buy it,he have to consider the only 2 in outpost.The effect is decent enough for someone to like it although the hat is not so good.It's one of the few sniper hat to have a stormy storm effect around a bud or so and it's a good choice for whoever who likes stormy storm effect and plays sniper.The previous suggested price was 5 months ago and i feel that it needs a increase to give people a exact price based on the availability now.

Get proof of it selling at this price or it's a no go.

[url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16350486[/url] I dont really know whether my trade was valid as a proof but i actually bought the hat at 17 key 3 ref stating that i agreed it should be sold at around 17.5 keys.Based on the trade you can see that Captain Spade actually offered me 18 keys but I wanted 17 key and 3 ref so in the end he agreed stating that him and me felt that the price should go at around 17.5 key.Although its my own trade,I would definitely not risk 17 keys and 3 ref just to get the priced raised up by around 1 key.
