I've recently bought and sold one of these, and with the offers I was getting and what I sold it for, I believe this is a fair price.

Sold for a Flaming Lantern Brown Bomber (15~), Sold alongside, around 2 in pure (1 bud, 15 keys) And a Smoking brown bomber. So around 11 overall.

I'm suggesting 13 as the low, as the deal I got (The buds and two CMs) was the guy undervaluing it. I've been getting offers of 12+.

Show me offers of 13+ or 15 - 16 and then we'll talk about price
As long as we stick to your proof your range seems very inaccurate

Before your next suggestion. Using original suggested values, I don't see any sales remotely close to your high end
