Maybe because if it's only really good on axtinguishers then it should be kinda low.

Borderline here since there aren't actually many sellers at 3 ref. There is one active bumper at 3.33. But the only 2 left at 3 ref haven't been bumped in days...

Still, there is a sold at 3 ref (as opposed to the unsolds), and the wide range probably captures the true value. Going with the community vote in the close call.
