sweets were added from the seller included:

a festive grenade launcher

2 keys.

(this was when F.grenade launchers were worth 5.66 refined so total value would be 2 keys + 5.66 refined)

so stove-pipe would have been 15 keys and 0.66 refined with the sweets given by the seller (just go with 15 keys I guess)

CONCLUSION

I did not find 10 keys but I did find one sold for 11 keys pure and another sold for a unusual that with the loss of sweets would have been 15 keys but taking unusual overpay into consideration I will be suggesting 11 – 12 keys

Got and issues or faults with the suggestion then feel free to call me out on them, its been a while since my last unusual suggestion so I'm a little rusty
