I know some where out there people are selling it for more. But its a scrap-2 scrap above price. Not that much of a deal. and its pretty high demand on steam forums and chat.

All suggestions require a sufficient amount of proof. even if the change is small.

Only one sale is surely not enough.

I know you are trying to make a price you feel to be right based on your own sale, but if it was 1 of 1, it would be very incorrect, to set this price when it actually sold for a key.
