CONCLUSION

Well since that there are no sales or offers for the higher range and the highest confirmed sale/offer is 15 keys, the upper range will be dropped to that price and the lower range will remain the same as it is the lowest price to receive a C/O

So the suggested range is 14 – 15 keys

A lack of demand is no help here and it seems that this item might be taking a drop.
