This is a pretty low price and a very outdated price for what offers it is getting

Your first link has very outdated proof (proof has to be within 1 month old). Only decent offer within a month is the stormy storm slope scopers.

The second link is also very old. 4 months ago offer.

you need 2 links of recent proof.

none have sold recently and the last suggestion was 6 months ago, and sellers aren't budging to go below 10

u can't use sales as proof unless they have occurred in the past month. that's the reason why some unusuals don't have an updated price-- it's because they haven't sold in the past month.

your proof is also mostly offers. there is only 1 sale here, which isn't sufficient enough to have a price change

Have you looked at the sellers for a second? they're not lookign for anything below 10 buds, clearly they're not going to take 3 buds

Clearly you've haven't been using this website long enough to actually know what that means, yes that is true, but in situations like these where the most recent sale was unpriced and they've been getting offers of 5 and 7, even though they are a month or two old, which still lets them be valued, then it shows people are willing to buy for more

I think pricing the planet gibus first is a better idea.

Accepting as better than the current range. Sort of tricky here. For one, should the level 69 even be used as proof. It has previously sold for a burning drill to a trader who valued it more based on the bp.tf bonus on leveled vintages.

There is that drill hat offer at 5+. So perhaps even the regular level, duped lids also get the 5+ offers and this is reasonable. Community support behind this as well, so accepting as better than the current range.
