Just make it go down acording what the price of refined is i guess ?

Of course it will go down, but the question is what it will go down to. We could say the suggested price for this should be half of what it is now since it's half price in the Mann Co. store (E.G. 1.66 ref or something) but we can't say that is what traders will buy and sell for.

In the end, in my view, you will still need proof for your suggested price, even if we all know the price will go down, because we can't really say what price it will actually go down to, without any sort of actual proof.
