for two Actual Sales (#2 and #3) the overpay calculations are 7 buds and 8.1 buds. So yes they are considered.

For sale 3: Hearts Buckarros is way outdated( 6 months)and it's original value is 1 flat. Burning Hard Counter is over a year, and Scorching Rimmed is outdated (8 months) with an original value of 4 flat. Using original values of these outdated hats you have 7.4, NOT 8.1.

No proof of the high end, and your low end is your high end with your proof, sorry but downvote.

Edit: Btw, 50 keys and S pan is 58 which /17 for low end of buds is 3.5 buds, so you are actually getting offers lower than the outdated original value....yeah, so unless that's half a bud of sweets...

The values of the hats you've listed are invalid. By original suggestions, such hats like scorching raincatcher would be 4-4.3 buds. Also, many of these hats are outdated and should be updated first to ensure proper pricing.

Also, I see no justification for 9 buds high end.
