Conclusion

Very conservative suggestion. There are so many of these on Outpost that are painted, odd-leveled, asking more than 4 ref and even gifted. These are literally all the trade on Outpost that aren't poorly bumped. Not a well-desired hat in the least. Any Extra Proof/Cunter-Proof/Opinions/Tips/Help is all welcome. Thanks for reading.
