The name of this hat sounds like a German swear word to me.

Seems to have also been traded for a Blizzardy Storm Attendant (~1.6 buds), however I can't confirm this. In any case, I worked on this harder than any of my other suggestions, so hopefully this won't be flawed ~~much~~ at all.

Eh, bit of an ugly range, there's one on outpost with a b/o of 3 buds, i'd be inclined to think of the first trade as an outlier.

B/Os mean nothing here, first of all. Also, I don't see the first trade as an outlier, especially since there's the possibility that it was also traded for the BS Attendant. And it's Steaming effect (low-tier), so a lower range is probably for the best.

Maybe you could close on in and make it 2.2-3.1?

First off, I finally figured out what these damn "original suggested values" are, and I'll take them into account from now on.

Second, I would not have put it in if there had not been a possible trade for BS Milkman (which if you want me to post an explanation, I can). Therefore, it doesn't seem like such an outlier.

Third, It says in the trade: Liberty Launcher w/ Buildings Destroyed (~1.4 keys), so minor sweets.
