♢ [url]http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197988726053/[/url] traded his for a Haunted Ghosts Grimm Hatte (~4.8) + Terror-Watt Lucky Shot (~4.9) with him adding 1 pure. He made the offer, and overall this has a value of (~8.7).
♢ All other [recent] trades made (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15963158)/(http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14634868) have been for unpriced/hard to price unusuals.

Sale #1:
Cloudy Moon Connoisseur's Cap price is 8 months old, invalid proof
Even if it was, original price is 9 - 10, ~9.5
Total Sale (IF valid): ~9.5
Sale #2:
Haunted Ghosts Grimm Hatte price is 1 year old, invalid proof
Even if it was, original price is 4.9 - 6.2, ~5.5
Terror-Watt Lucky Shot original price is 4.1 - 4.2, ~4.1
Total Sale (IF valid): ~8.6
Since in both cases they were offered I didn't calculate overpay
You still have to use original prices however, and 2 unusuals here have an extremely old price
