Seems to have also been traded for a Blizzardy Storm Attendant (~1.6 buds), however I can't confirm this. In any case, I worked on this harder than any of my other suggestions and fixed the prices (credit to Fyren6 for that), so hopefully this won't be flawed ~~much~~ at all.

Current value =/= Suggested value. http://backpack.tf/stats/30042/5/57 - The blue dot on the far right is what I need to use, not that price at the top. In this case, it's 2.9 to 3 buds. 2.95 * 0.9 = 2.655 (~2.7 buds) + 1.4 keys of sweets (~0.1 buds) = 2.8 buds.
