GBH nanobalaclava (2.8-3.2) plus s.f.ambassador (6 keys) + s.f.knife (19-20 keys) + s.invis watch (3 keys) + s.sapper (4 keys) + blood banker (1 key) + g.doublecross (4 keys) + g.shred (2 keys) comes out to be ~ 5 buds...

I used the prices back from when the trade about occurred (late October). Hence, Nanobalaclava = 3 buds, S.F. Ambassador = 7 keys, S.F. Knife = 19.5 keys, S. Invisiwatch = 3.1 keys, S. Sapper = 6 keys, Blood Banker = 1 key, G. Doublecross = 4 keys, G. Shred = 2 keys. Total = 3 buds, 42.6 keys. Buds were about 17 keys at the time, so 42.6/17 = ~2.5. 3 + 2.5 = 5.5 buds, where the value comes from.
