also your link 1 is a uncraft robro and with a item with 11 pages on outpost you would need quite a bit more proof and most of your trades are awfully close to 2 keys with just a few scrap difference and painted robro's can't be used as proof your 8th link is a gifted robro please find better proof

Hes adding a bottom to the range, not removing the top range. He doesn't need a mountain of proof. And I have no idea where you are getting 11 pages from. I see 7 pages of clean, unpainted robros

First of: I do have proof of 1.6 keys.

I don't know know why I couldn't use painted robro's as proof when they are being sold below the current range.

It's going to take some getting used to figuring out what .6 keys means in terms of ref with the new changes. It seems like 0.6 is the best marker for 4 ref, so the low end here is meant to represent 1 key + 4 ref and it seems to be readily available at 1 key + 4 ref and 1 key + 5 ref on the market
