One sold on the market for 26.88 keys (buyer receives 22.84) roughly 9-10 key value paid 11.5-10.3

Conclusion, people are starting to readily overpay for the bacon grease, 9 keys are quickly being overtaken by 10-12 key offers, and many sellers are holding out for 12, though buyer trades are, for the most part, automated and offering 5-7 keys roughly for quicksales, with some going up to 8 and 9. If anybody has further proof to either confirm/refute my conclusion it would be much appreciated, even pricing range suggestions would be appreciated.
