but to change it you have to show us trades that sold, without that we cannot define a new price.

Prices are defined by effective purchases. They are lowered by lack of purchases, but to define the new price you need to show another one that sold...

A lot of BOs at 3 buds, and the recent sale is quite low. That being said, this hat definitely needs a drop in price, but your suggested range doesn't have the required support for it.
