Well... it's a good proof but only 2 ref change I don't think it's necessary : P
Its an update to the price, it doesn't matter what the change is if the price is outdated.
Additionally, the original suggested price is in fact much lower than this, so it isn't actually a small change.
Why not? Its outdated so its just a price refresh
