Check http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16697674 more closely. The seller agreed to 8 keys offered by Ezenox. The screenshot from trade.tf only shows that the initial ad was for 9 keys.

Other than that it looks solid.

I actually regret now that I throwed this item into an unusual trade :< It almost raised 2 keys already since then
