I'm not sure, as the first link's HOUWAR was quite clean, which could make it pass off for more than 10 buds. In fact, I think of it as a very bad idea to price HOUWARs or use them as proof as the price on every HOUWAR varies and it's really not fair to assume something is 10 buds.

Thank GOD this hat is getting a buff, I've waited 3 months and ever since I started trading for this thing to get a buff. So much better then burning.

I agree on the buff. ive been offered 20 buds pure once or twice, and 21.5 pure in cash equivalent - which i all turned down. and received unusual offers in 20+ easy. upvote!
