2.66 sells but there's also plenty of sellers at 2 ref.

No cause only reason they are selling that low is cause of the sale and when the sale end it will go back to reg price

Well yes, if they're selling at this price now then it should be the price. Once the sale ends then yes it probably will go back to it's regular price. But until then the price will continue to drop.

Then again the price of backpack expanders was reduced for a limited time but due to the huge overbuy of them they actually became permanent priced at a much lower price. Not saying this will happen again but its a possibility with many items right now

Fun fact. I have a fully expanded backpack and an untradeable bp expander. : (

thats 50% off thats why people selling cheap doesnt mean that paint going down . i guess that guy must be own so many paints in his 2nd acc lol

The paint is going down due to the sale. Yeah he seems pretty mad haha.
