I feel bad for shenanigans, as most of my current older Unusual-pricing suggestions were faulty, and he/she has to go through them all.

Old prices/suggested values are taken into account, and, when necessary, overpay is applied ((High value + Low value) / 2) * 0.9, rounded up

Looks like the bubbling cannonball wasn't actually involved in a trade. The pardner's was traded to spec and then traded back immediately (possibly a loan, possibly a retracted offer)

Low end is problematic here, especially given that the one on the market already has an offer of ~2.2 (time warp big country).
