Afaik these are all the recent sales, the rest are being locked up. 6-6.4 is probably a fair range, one guy managed to sell for 6.4. A few offers of 6 and a b/o at 6 supports the low end.

Wow. If this goes through, Circling Heart will be less than 1/10 of a bud below Cloudy Moon as the most expensive effect for the hat.
Is this due to the guy that decided to hoard all of these? I only see a single one on the market, after all, and it's pretty rare to find compared to many other hats of its age.

The first sale in the notes was actually my trade, many people underestimated the value of the hat because it was a panama, but back then, and even now, there's only one currently on tf2op.
