3 Month old price on a Halloween event item.

Price drops because of less demand after the holiday, 2.33 ref is still achievable but 2 ref is becoming more and more common.

The rest of the trades for this item on tf2tp, bazaar, and here are all collectable levels or asking for offers.. There really isn't that much of a market for this item but there are sellers/buyers for both 2 ref and 2.33 ref so that is why I choose that range. I'll continue to look for more proof at 2.33, I know it's out there.
