He does not need solds when lowering the price. It might come down to 2 ref but for now 2-2.33 seems better.

Yes, you do not need solds for lowering a price However if 2.33 isn't selling, there is no reason to leave 2.33 in the range at all.

currently not listed any thing and also when in trade.tf say8ing closed means the owner or seller does not own that item any more and i searched classified for that item and didnt see any of his/her in there
