They do in this case, because he's trying to remove 4 ref from the range. Why buy for 4 when you can easily find sellers for 3?

I have no idea what you mean by "all your 3ref links are mostly less than a day old and poorly bumped" Some are less than a day but not all.

All links looks good to me. Also, having that many on 3 ref on classifieds definitely means it needs to drop down.

Look there are too many 3 ref sellers for 4 ref sellers too be viable anymore;unless someone gets some proof for 4 ref are still getting sold and with so many in the market It has too go down. For Boom. Nutshot.
