I'm not entirely sure what your original range was here. But I believe your high end was 12.5 and low end was significantly greater than 11. As titiuu indicates above, a clean one just sold for 10.6 and that must be in the range. The sale at 12 is off as a max and buds was added. And the offer of 12.5 was likely retracted as the owner who was selling for 13 is now selling for 12 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16722903

A range of 9.5-11 might be reasonable here given the high end offer of the clean burning beak.

Adding a bit more proof to support the range, I bought one this month on 14th from ღErikiᵀᴳ for 175 keys (buds were 17 keys each) so ~ 10.3 buds. Conclusion: 1 sale at 9.5 buds, 1 sale at 10.3 buds, 1 sale at 10.6 buds and the offer of a clean burning beak (~11 buds being conservative).

I don't know if this is going to be accepted, but my suggested price was 9.5 - 11 buds. It changed to 9 - 10.4 buds because buds were 18 keys and now 19.
