(Proof of the sale here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15141618 ); puts the Drill's at ~2 if we're going by a sale like this (Though this definitely feels like an outlier.) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16742038 - Paid a HOUWAR (~9-10), and the previous owner got his Drill's and a Bud with a Burning Tower (~9-10 on the Towering, valuing the Drill's at ~8-9) (The histories matched up, though I could be wrong.)

Sale at 11?
Well, there's also a sale that's super low, so.. I kinda had to find a middle ground.
Also, I feel like the Hallmark's price is outdated, considering how hard the last owner of it struggled to sell it.
Appropriate suggestion for this nice hat. You can buy it for less than current price.

Last suggestion on the tower was 11-13, putting that sale at 10. The HOUWAR is ~10. Range here should be closer to 9-10
